Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging ZEDIXSOFT for services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

ZEDIXSOFT provides software development services including, but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• UI/UX design
• Cloud, DevOps, consulting and technical support

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Providing the access and resources the work depends on

Payment terms

Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 30 days
• Late payment may incur additional fees

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom-developed code produced for your project transfers to you. ZEDIXSOFT retains rights to:

• General methodologies and techniques
• Pre-existing intellectual property and internal libraries
• The right to reference the work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to

Warranty

Delivered work carries a 30-day warranty covering defects where the software does not behave as specified. The warranty does not cover new features, changes in requirements, or faults caused by third-party services or modifications made by others.

Limitation of liability

ZEDIXSOFT’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations for work already performed and accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZEDIXSOFT is incorporated.
